Boxery

A middle class slum, where many drug dealers, and other wrongdoers flock. Without aid of police or a mayor, the city is mostly run by those who survive, stabbing those who they believe shouldn't. A sort of peace is maintained by ignoring the corpses, as much as the homeless who fight over boxes in the street. A rousing sex slave trade is held towards the center of the city, and some Kingpins are known to live in actual houses in the area.

The water is dirty, the air is polluted and magically the pollution is contained to the city. Food is hard to come by unless it's already been gnawed and rodents are a problem. All in all, a wonderful place to live, if you are suicidal or a smoker.
