The Chaos Breaks

The stable area where Chaos Magic does not intrude upon life as much as seen in other areas. The Chaos Breaks, while a part of the Chaos Realm, is a deconcentrated area where maps can be forged and life is mostly safe from outside interferance that could cause one to turn into a Anteater with a dragon tail while asleep. The Chaos Breaks, are haven to most half-magical creatures who cannot defend themselves from the magic outside, or have in someway pissed off Chaos itself. Sypher, and most of Riot High are in this safe bubble. The Silver Estates vary on a wavy edge, sometimes in Chaos and sometimes not quite. It is a halfway point between the two areas and safest route of passage is around it due to Chaos Magic being very friendly in the area. Some contribute it to the fact that Chaos has a local Goddess for the first time in eons.
