Springfrost

A village up in the mountains of Antity. The only known civilization that is large enough to notice. It is always cold, a permanent Winter has set in. There are many evergreens, and huge black rocks that scatter the landscape. The Village itself consists of many huts who leak smoke almost constantly towards the cloud filled sky. There is a huge waterfall nearby that leaks from an ancient spring to the inside of the planet itself, which is said to be mainly full of water, the core being a solid frozen lump. It seems to have minimals healing powers, allowing the residents to live on it when game gets scarce. It reverses starvation, and can keep away frostbite. It causes an annoying inner warmth that fails to go out for several weeks after drinking it.
